Nevada Litigation Attorney

Overview

The employer is seeking a Nevada-licensed attorney with at least five years of litigation experience to support commercial litigation, general litigation, and/or personal injury matters on a remote or hybrid basis. This role may be available as a permanent or contract position and can be part-time or full-time depending on candidate preference.

Experience handling general case workup activities in civil litigation matters is required, including written discovery, motion work, depositions, and trial preparation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with commercial litigation, general litigation, and/or personal injury matters
• Perform general case workup activities, including:
  • Written discovery
  • Motion work
  • Depositions
  • Trial preparation
• Independently manage assigned matters while collaborating with a team

Requirements (Minimum Qualifications)

• 5+ years of legal experience in litigation
• Licensed in Nevada
• Excellent communication skills
• Capability and experience to work independently and with a team
• Excellent academic credentials
• Outstanding references

Compensation & Benefits

• Annualized compensation range (full-time basis): $170,000 to $200,000
• Pay is based on work experience, qualifications, credentials, and location
• W2 employment status
