Paralegal (Estate Planning Specialist I)

Overview

• Fully remote position

Responsibilities

• Review and prepare deeds, assignments, and other funding documents
• Coordinate with county recorders to file deeds and supporting documents accurately
• Manage workflows related to funding and associated tasks
• Assist with the creation of entities, including preparation of formation documents and filings
• Prepare summaries of existing estate plans
• Support the creation of estate planning documents and enter data into legal software
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Paralegal Certificate
• Experience with WealthDocs
• Strong follow-up and organizational skills
• Proficient in time management, proofreading, and word processing
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Positive attitude and teamwork skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a dynamic environment

Compensation & Benefits

• Base pay range: $32–$37 USD per hour
• Eligible for incentive compensation programs
