Part-Time Remote Attorney – Texas (Pleadings Review)

Overview

A creditor's rights law firm is seeking a licensed Texas attorney for a flexible, part-time remote position. This role involves assisting with the review and execution of legal pleadings and offers an opportunity for attorneys to supplement their income while maintaining a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Review legal files and pleadings for accuracy and completeness
• Electronically sign pleadings following review
• Access and review files through the firm’s case management system (CLS)
• Digitally execute documents using Adobe PDF

Requirements

• Active Texas Bar license in good standing
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Comfortable working in a technology-driven environment
• Experience with VPN access and remote systems preferred but not required
• Prior legal documentation review experience is a plus but not required

Position Details

• Role: Part-Time Contract Attorney (Texas Licensed)
• Work Arrangement: Fully Remote
• Estimated Hours: Approximately 5–7 hours per week, depending on case volume
• Compensation: $55–$65 per hour
