Patent Agent

Overview

The organization is seeking a Patent Agent to join its Intellectual Property practice group. This position may be remote in any state in which the organization has an office.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of work, including patent preparation and prosecution, portfolio management, strategic analysis, and opinion work
• Provide significant client contact

Requirements

• Experience in networking, virtual networking, and cloud computing
• Experience in telecommunications and, particularly, 3GPP standards preferred
• Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
• Strong academic credentials and excellent research
• USPTO registration
• Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Ph.D. and/or industry experience

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: Up to $125k

Location

Remote in any state in which the organization has an office.
