Personal Injury Associate Attorney - REMOTE

Overview

A national plaintiff personal injury law firm is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join their team remotely. This is a remote position, preferably based in California but open to other locations.

Responsibilities

• Handle primarily pre-litigation personal injury cases with occasional litigation.
• Manage a high volume of personal injury cases efficiently.

Requirements

• Must be barred in California and one of the following states: Arizona, Illinois, Indiana, New Mexico, or Nevada.
• Minimum of 4 years of personal injury law experience in a high-volume environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with various types of personal injury cases.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary starting at $125,000 per year, with increases based on years of experience within personal injury law.
