Personal Injury Trial Attorney

Overview

A rapidly growing personal injury law firm is seeking Litigation Attorneys licensed in two or more of the following states: Georgia, South Carolina, Tennessee, or North Carolina. This opportunity is ideal for attorneys with 2-8 years of litigation experience, preferably with trial experience, who want to work remotely and advance their careers in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage litigation cases from initial filing through trial
• Negotiate settlements and draft legal agreements
• Represent clients in court proceedings, depositions, and mediations
• Develop strong client relationships and provide high-quality legal representation

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in at least two of the following states: South Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee, or North Carolina
• 2-8 years of litigation experience, with trial experience preferred

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $150,000 - $300,000 (base plus bonus), commensurate with experience
