Pre-Litigation Case Manager, Pennsylvania

Overview

This fully remote role focuses on personal injury pre-litigation case management in Pennsylvania. You will serve as the client’s dedicated advocate—owning the client relationship from the initial welcome through settlement and ensuring clients feel heard, supported, and confident that someone is actively working for them.

Responsibilities

• Own the client relationship from day one through settlement (including conducting the Welcome Call)
• Serve as the client’s dedicated advocate, connecting clients to the right care quickly and guiding them through one of the most stressful experiences of their life with confidence and compassion
• Drive cases forward with urgency, progressing through each phase with precision and purpose
• Build demand packages that present a compelling story and negotiate toward outcomes that make a real difference
• Act as the source of truth on every case you touch, using technology to stay sharp, move quickly, and ensure nothing is missed
• Maintain full ownership of the client experience (not a hand-off role)

Requirements

• 2–6 years of experience supporting Personal Injury pre-litigation matters on cases in Pennsylvania
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience requesting, reviewing, and summarizing medical records and bills
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently while collaborating with a team

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certificate
• Experience in a high-volume or fast-growing law firm
• Familiarity with Personal Injury claims processes and insurance procedures
• Experience with case management software (e.g., Filevine, Clio, SmartAdvocate)
• Comfort working in evolving systems and processes

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $65,000 to $85,000 commensurate with experience
• Eligible for performance-based bonus
