Real Estate Attorney with AI Experience (Remote Contract Engagement)

Overview

An AmLaw 100 law firm client is seeking an attorney with over 5 years of sophisticated commercial real estate experience to support their knowledge management team in implementing a firm-wide AI platform. This role involves serving as the subject matter expert in real estate, guiding attorneys on effective use of the AI platform, and collaborating on platform optimization.

Responsibilities

• Become deeply proficient in the AI platform’s capabilities
• Provide guidance to attorneys on real estate transaction workflows and AI-enabled solutions
• Collaborate on optimizing the AI platform
• Act as a trusted internal resource for substantive and practical questions related to commercial real estate and AI use

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of commercial real estate experience, preferably at a mid-to-large size law firm
• Licensed attorney in good standing in the state of residence
• Outstanding professional references
• Hands-on experience with AI legal platforms such as CoCounsel, Harvey, and/or Protégé is a plus

Position Details

• Type: Contract engagement
• Schedule: Part-time or full-time
• Location: Remote (anywhere in the United States)

Compensation & Benefits

• Annualized pay ranges from $180,000 to $200,000 or more on a full-time basis, depending on experience, qualifications, location, and other factors
