Remote Family Law Attorney

Compensation: $70,000 - $130,000 every two weeks
Reporting To: Kimberly Washington

This role is for an experienced Family Law Attorney to work remotely, primarily serving clients in the Lubbock, Midland, and Amarillo areas. The position involves managing family law cases from start to finish, providing expert legal advocacy and client support throughout the litigation process.

Responsibilities

• Manage family law cases proactively from initiation through resolution.
• Deliver superior client service, including providing monthly status reports and weekly case reviews.
• Recommend improvements to practice managers to enhance operations.
• Track performance metrics related to accomplishments and client satisfaction using practice quality software.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in Texas with a valid Texas bar license for at least 2 years.
• Minimum of 2 years practicing family law in Texas; 5+ years preferred.
• Strong legal research and writing skills.
• Passionate about courtroom work, including hearings, mediations, and consultations.
• Highly organized, energetic, and motivated.
• Proficient with TxDoc and Clio or similar drafting and client management software.
• Skilled in drafting correspondence, pleadings, and discovery documents.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Suite.
