This role primarily focuses on motor vehicle accident cases, with occasional involvement in other personal injury matters such as premises liability and dog bites. Responsibilities

• Represent clients in personal injury legal proceedings
• Draft and review legal documents related to cases
• Manage and advise clients on legal transactions
• Handle a high volume of cases efficiently
• Negotiate settlements to achieve favorable outcomes
• Conduct legal research and apply complex laws and regulations
• Communicate clearly and persuasively in court and with clients
• Maintain professional ethics and client confidentiality
• Work independently in a remote setting with self-motivation and discipline

Requirements

• Active Indiana Bar License in good standing
• Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience, with at least 2 years focused on personal injury law
• Proven ability to manage a high volume of cases
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with plaintiffs' personal injury cases preferred
• Proficiency in legal research software and relevant technologies
• Ability to work remotely with a high degree of independence

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $85,000 - $130,000 per year
