Overview

The organization is seeking experienced Insurance Defense Attorneys. This opportunity is designed for attorneys licensed in California who want to advance their practice with mentorship, case reviews, and support from partner-level lawyers.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with partner-level attorneys on all aspects of insurance defense matters, including:
  • Preparing and conducting depositions
  • Motion practice
  • Oral arguments
  • Settlement negotiations
• Assist with client/customer service items such as reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a licensed lawyer
• At least 2 years in California
• 1 year of insurance defense preferred
• Experience in at least one of the following areas:
  • Bodily injury defense
  • Construction defect
  • Professional liability
  • Environmental
  • General liability
  • Transportation
  • Employment
  • Other insurance defense lines of business
