Senior Associate Attorney

Overview

A law firm specializing in representing dentists, physicians, veterinarians, and small to medium-sized corporations in transactional and corporate matters is seeking a Senior Associate Attorney. The firm focuses on providing high-quality legal services tailored to the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities

• Handle projects involving mergers and acquisitions, contracts, partnerships, start-ups, employment and labor law, commercial leasing, construction matters, and other diverse legal issues.
• Directly interact with clients to address their legal needs.
• Work independently with attention to detail and strong communication skills.
• Collaborate with and receive mentoring from the senior partner.

Requirements

• 6-9 years of legal experience.
• Active license and admission to practice law in Georgia, in good standing.
• Self-assured, detail-oriented, and excellent work ethic.
• Strong communication skills for client interaction.

Work Environment
