Senior Associate - Bad Faith

Overview

This role offers an opportunity in the Denver office of a national law firm for an attorney with 5+ years of bad faith experience to join an expanding litigation team.

Responsibilities

• Develop independent case strategies with minimal supervision
• Work in a fast-paced litigation environment
• Manage multiple cases at once
• Conduct legal research, analysis, and writing
• Solve problems and maintain strong attention to detail
• Communicate effectively in writing and orally

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• 5+ years of litigation experience
• Colorado Bar Admission
• Strong organizational and case management skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in medical malpractice, professional malpractice, bad faith, and/or complex commercial litigation
