Senior Associate

Overview

Fully remote opportunity (with flexible work arrangements including full-time remote, hybrid, or onsite options).

This role is with a mid-sized regional law firm specializing in general liability, professional liability, and toxic tort litigation. The firm has offices in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, Delaware, and Maryland.

This Senior Associate position is designed for an experienced litigation attorney to meaningfully contribute to the firm’s litigation practice. The role supports case management in Maryland and collaboration with colleagues across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Manage litigation matters in general liability, professional liability, and toxic tort areas
• Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders
• Organize case files and maintain attention to detail
• Handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Use Microsoft Office and LexisNexis for legal research and documentation
• Use case and file management systems to track case progress
• Maintain accurate billable hours records

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years litigation experience
• Active and good standing Maryland Bar membership
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and LexisNexis
• Familiarity with case and file management systems
• Strong preference for ability to track billable hours

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive salary range of $110,000 to $150,000, commensurate with experience
