Senior Family Law Attorney

Overview

A growing family law firm based in Dallas is seeking a Senior Family Law Associate / Senior Litigation Attorney to join their team. This is a remote position with occasional court appearances in downtown Dallas and meetings at the North Dallas office.

Responsibilities

• Handle family law litigation cases, including contested hearings and trials
• Manage case origination and client relationships
• Collaborate with the legal team to provide high-quality legal services

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Licensed to practice law in Texas
• Minimum of 3 years of family law litigation experience or 5+ years of civil litigation experience
• Courtroom experience with contested hearings and/or trials

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary ranging from $140,000 to $200,000 per year, depending on experience
• Performance bonus on collected revenue above target
• 10% origination fee on cases brought in
• Guaranteed minimum bonus in the first year
