Senior Litigation Attorney

Overview

The organization is seeking a Senior Associate and/or Of Counsel to join its Sacramento office. The role primarily involves defending wage and hour class and PAGA actions.

Hybrid work arrangements are acceptable. A fully remote position may be considered depending on demonstrated experience level.

Responsibilities

• Defend wage and hour class and PAGA matters
• Handle advanced tasks related to class and PAGA litigation
• Contribute meaningfully to strategic decision-making on class and PAGA matters
• Work collaboratively with attorneys in the Sacramento office on class and PAGA cases
• Provide strong legal writing and analysis throughout case handling

Requirements

• 5+ years of wage and hour litigation experience, including significant class and PAGA litigation
• Active California State Bar admission
• JD degree from an ABA accredited law school
• Excellent writing and legal analysis skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong research skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to excellence
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $190,000 - $300,000 depending on experience
