Responsibilities

• Manage cases independently, including strategy development, workflow management, and meeting deadlines
• Draft briefs, correspondence, and written discovery responses
• Direct document collection, review, and production
• Conduct causation and/or failure analysis
• Manage multidistrict litigation (MDL) and/or coordinated state proceedings
• Interact effectively with clients and internal teams

Requirements

• 15+ years of legal experience
• Located near Washington D.C. and/or Austin, Texas
• Experience in Products Liability or Commercial Litigation (required)
• Proven ability to manage cases independently
• Strong case management, organizational, and collaboration skills
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills
• Active bar membership in the state of residence (District of Columbia or Texas)
• Ability to waive into, or already barred in, a state where the firm maintains an office
