Senior Specialist (Data Enrichment - Japanese Speaking)

Overview

The organization is seeking a highly motivated IP professional with knowledge of patents, trademarks, and data validation to support ongoing growth.

This role involves helping clients manage and migrate intellectual property portfolio data, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality updates across software systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patent and trademark portfolio audits
• Migrate portfolios into SaaS-based software using Excel or similar tools
• Manage efficient, on-time project delivery while maintaining a high standard of quality
• Update software databases and communicate with clients and attorneys via conference calls as required
• Stay current on changes to commercial IP law updates

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• Proficiency in Japanese (at least N3)
• 2–3 years of experience working with Japanese clients
• Experience with portfolio onboarding, including knowledge of ETL and data mapping
• Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel skills are required)
• Good analytical and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the field of Intellectual Property (IP)
• Prior knowledge of Anaqua AQX or RH
