Sr Research Contract Specialist- US-REMOTE

Overview

This is a fully remote role.

The organization operates in the education consulting industry, partnering with higher education institutions and academic medical centers. This role supports clinical research initiatives by managing and negotiating research agreements to help ensure organizational effectiveness and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate and prepare clinical research study contracts, including:
  • Confidentiality Agreements
  • Non-Disclosure Agreements
  • Clinical Trial Agreements
  • Nonconforming Subcontracts
  • Master Service Agreements
  • Material Transfer Agreements
  • Data Transfer Agreements

Requirements

• U.S. work authorization required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in research administration or legal-related contract experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced contract management skills, particularly with Clinical Trial Agreements.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Analytical skills for contract analysis.

• Knowledge of compliance and federal regulations related to clinical research.

Compensation & Benefits

• Estimated base salary range: $95,000 - $130,000.
• Total estimated compensation (including annual incentive): $106,400 - $153,400.
• Eligibility to participate in the organization’s benefit plans, including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
