Tech Deal Redlining Attorney, Part-Time AI Training Work - Remote (United States)

Overview

• Compensation: $90–$130 per hour equivalent, paid per accepted task
• Work arrangement: 100% remote
• Schedule: Part-time with a fully flexible schedule
• Role focus: Contribute technology transactions contract judgment to the development and evaluation of legal AI systems.

Responsibilities

• Review commercial contracts and derivatives agreements, then mark up documents with the changes you would make
• Use simulated negotiations to assess the legal and commercial effect of proposed language
• Evaluate AI performance on contract scenarios, including:
  • whether scenarios are handled correctly
  • whether risks are identified
  • whether responses reflect precise, practical legal judgment
• Define objective grading criteria and identify important legal or commercial points that AI responses overlook

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of in-house experience focused on technology transactions
• Hands-on experience with commercial contracts across drafting, review, negotiation, and redlining
• Familiarity with MSAs, NDAs, ISDAs, or derivatives transactions
• Fluent in English; able to communicate clearly in writing and speech and present the reasoning behind legal decisions in a structured, actionable way

• No AI experience required; bring your contract and legal judgment expertise
