Overview

A leading American healthcare organization serving nearly 100 million people through a comprehensive range of medical, pharmacy, and complex care solutions is seeking a Technology Attorney to join its legal department. This is a remote position supporting the legal management team on various technology-related projects.

Responsibilities

• Support the legal management team on technology-related projects.
• Provide legal support to procurement in a high-volume practice focused on technology agreements.
• Review, draft, and negotiate high-value IT agreements.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders and internal clients to ensure contract terms align with business and compliance needs.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience working directly on procurement agreements for high-value clients.
• Valid bar license in any U.S. state.
