Torts and Products Liability Litigation Attorneys

Overview

This role involves Torts and Products Liability Litigation at a national law firm with offices across the United States. An immediate opening is available in the Minneapolis office for attorneys with at least 3+ years of experience.

The position requires experience in:

• Tort litigation
• General Liability
• Products Liability
• Asbestos

Ideal candidates are team players with strong litigation, writing, and persuasive speaking skills. The firm seeks self-starters who can manage assignments with minimal supervision and have proven research skills and strong academic backgrounds. Trial experience is preferred but not required.

Candidates must be licensed and admitted to practice in the State of Minnesota.

Responsibilities

• Handle torts and products liability litigation matters
• Conduct legal research and support case strategy
• Draft legal documents and develop written advocacy
• Participate in persuasive oral advocacy
• Work effectively in a team environment and manage assignments with minimal supervision

Requirements

• At least 3+ years of relevant litigation experience
• Experience in Tort, General Liability, Products Liability, and Asbestos
• Excellent litigation, writing, and persuasive speaking skills
• Strong academic background
• Proven research skills
• Self-starter who can handle assignments with minimal supervision
• Licensed and admitted to practice in the State of Minnesota

National base salary ranges:

• Associates (approximately 1–6+ years): $100,000–$165,000
• Senior Counsel/Of Counsel (approximately 5 years or more): $140,000–$215,000
• Partners (approximately 7 years or more): $190,000–$275,000+

Actual compensation is tailored to the individual and may vary based on experience, skills, practice area, business generation, work arrangement, and geographic market.

Pay Range: USD $100,000.00 - USD $275,000.00 /Yr.
