Trial Attorney

Overview

A well-established litigation firm based in Los Angeles, recognized as one of the largest in California, is seeking a Trial Attorney to join their expanding trial team. The firm specializes in consumer protection and civil litigation, with a strong track record in Lemon Law and Consumer Fraud cases.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior trial attorneys to develop and drive case strategies aimed at achieving optimal client outcomes.
• Handle hearings, motions, and trial work under supervision.
• Assist in all phases of trial preparation, including depositions, hearings, and witness preparation.
• Prepare witnesses for deposition and trial testimony by reviewing case facts, anticipating cross-examination, and conducting mock questioning.
• Manage assigned case tasks and deadlines with increasing independence.
• Travel frequently across California to attend hearings and trials.
• Contribute to the team’s overall trial readiness and litigation success.

Requirements

• Licensed attorney with a strong interest in trial work.
• Ambitious and eager to gain courtroom experience.
• Ability to work collaboratively with senior attorneys and contribute meaningfully to case strategy.
• Willingness to travel frequently within California.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience or background in consumer protection, Lemon Law, or civil litigation is advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability to manage case responsibilities and deadlines effectively.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive salary ranging from $140,000 to $200,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Location
