Trial Specialist

Overview

The organization is seeking a Client Representative – Legal Trial Specialist to support and grow customer success and product adoption for CoCounsel, Westlaw, and Practical Law. This role focuses on targeted training and trial support, maintaining relationships with existing named accounts, and delivering technical and administrative product information, demonstrations, and/or product training centered on CoCounsel and OLI products.

Primary product focus: CoCounsel Legal, inclusive of Practical Law and Westlaw.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual WAYWO and ROI sessions with each CoCounsel trial participant
• Drive trial usage at the individual user level for CoCounsel
• Host small group sessions demonstrating CoCounsel value and features
• Gather user testimonials specific to CoCounsel
• Compile trial success reporting during and at the conclusion of each CoCounsel trial
• Partner with sales and solutions consultants on net new sales opportunities
• Maintain relationships with existing named accounts and provide product information, demonstrations, and/or training

Requirements

• Hold a J.D. or have equivalent legal experience
• Strong communication and presentation skills, especially via telephone
• High degree of professionalism
• Customer-centric focus
• Well-developed negotiation skills
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, changing environment

Compensation & Benefits

• Base pay range (US eligible locations): $74,200 USD - $137,800 USD
• Base pay is determined within the range based on factors including knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.

• Annual Bonus eligibility: May be eligible for an Annual Bonus based on a combination of enterprise and individual performance.
