TX Family Law Attorney (Contract)

Overview

A venture-backed startup studio is seeking experienced family law attorneys to join their team on a contract basis. The organization develops digital legal products aimed at making high-quality legal agreements more accessible and cost-effective. The initial product focuses on digital, lawyer-reviewed prenuptial agreements.

Responsibilities

• Review prenuptial agreements generated on the digital platform
• Identify and flag important clauses, providing comments to clients
• Review and respond to comments from opposing counsel
• Ensure clients understand the terms of their prenuptial agreements and answer any related questions

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a family law attorney
• Deep understanding of and experience with prenuptial agreements
• Strong communication skills with responsiveness and clarity
• Customer-centric approach
• Licensed and in good standing to practice law in the state of Texas

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to represent clients in multiple languages

Compensation & Benefits

• $150 per hour
