An established workers’ compensation defense firm is seeking an experienced attorney to join its growing team.

Location

Los Angeles (Remote OK)

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $180,000 – $240,000
• Bonus potential: $20,000 – $65,000+
• Flexible base dependent on billable target:
  • $180–240k for 180–220 hours per month, or
  • $300k+ for high biller
• Performance-based bonus structure tied to billables and referrals
• Hybrid or fully remote work options

Responsibilities

• Manage a workers’ compensation defense caseload with support designed to help attorneys meet their goals
• Manage cases independently while collaborating within a team environment
• Meet flexible billable expectations of 180–220 hours per month

Requirements

• Active California Bar license
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to manage cases independently while working within a team environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Workers’ compensation defense experience preferred
