Overview
A law firm is seeking workers' compensation attorneys to join their team across the State of California. This position offers remote and hybrid work options, with no requirement for California residency.
Responsibilities
- Provide legal defense services in workers' compensation cases.
- Manage cases from assignment through resolution with a client-focused approach.
- Utilize web-based legal tools in a fully paperless environment.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues, clients, and partners.
Requirements
- Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar.
- Minimum of one year of workers' compensation defense experience preferred.
- Experience with Defense Base Act/Longshore & Harbor Workers' Compensation is a plus.
- Strong research, analytical, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work proactively and responsively to deliver exceptional client service.
- Comfortable working in a paperless, technology-driven environment.
- Demonstrated professionalism and ability to build effective relationships.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $100,000 to $220,000, depending on skills, experience, and location.
