Responsibilities
- Review, interpret, and draft contracts.
- Conduct thorough analysis of public notices and tenders.
- Ensure compliance with current legislation and protect the interests of the organization.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in contracts and public notices.
- Ability to identify and mitigate contractual risks.
- Up-to-date knowledge of legislation applicable to contracts and tenders.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
