Overview

The organization is seeking an Antitrust & Competition Counsel to join its Regulatory Compliance team. In this role, you will advise clients on antitrust and competition law across global markets, helping them assess risk and respond to regulatory matters. You will work closely with business, product, commercial, and regulatory teams, particularly in the technology sector. This is a full-time existing vacancy.

Responsibilities

  • Advise on antitrust and competition law issues across global markets.
  • Support merger control reviews and antitrust analysis for mergers and acquisitions.
  • Assist with government investigations, regulatory inquiries, and related litigation.
  • Provide day-to-day guidance to business teams on competition risks.
  • Contribute to antitrust compliance programs, policies, and internal guidance.
  • Partner with product, commercial, and regulatory stakeholders to assess and address competition issues.

Requirements

  • Experience advising on antitrust, competition law, or related regulatory matters.
  • Experience supporting government investigations and regulatory inquiries.
  • Strong knowledge of merger control and antitrust analysis in M&A transactions.
  • Proven ability to counsel business teams on competition risks and practical compliance.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, technology, and problem-solving skills.
  • Juris Doctor degree and active license to practice law in an applicable jurisdiction.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience advising technology companies or working in the technology industry.
  • Experience with cross-border competition matters and global regulatory regimes.
  • Experience supporting antitrust litigation or enforcement matters.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Estimated total compensation for full-time attorney roles: $104,500–325,000 per year
  • Estimated total compensation for non-attorney roles: $71,250–309,750 per year
  • Compensation decisions are based on factors including experience, skills, certifications, location, and business needs.
