Overview
The organization is seeking an exceptional Litigation Attorney to join its California toxic tort team (focus on asbestos and talc cases). This position involves managing cases throughout all phases of litigation, including preparation for trial.
Responsibilities
- Manage litigation cases from inception through completion
- Handle all phases of litigation, including trial preparation
- Provide strong oral and written advocacy throughout the litigation process
Requirements
- 4–7 years of defense litigation experience
- Hands-on experience taking a case file from inception through completion
- California admission required (must be admitted to practice in CA)
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of products liability, toxic tort, and/or general liability law
