This contract position seeks a Transactional Attorney to draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements supporting business operations. The role focuses on transactional law with an emphasis on compliance and risk mitigation.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, including service and partnership agreements.
• Ensure all agreements comply with applicable laws and organizational policies.
• Conduct legal research to identify potential risks and provide actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align contracts with business objectives.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records of all legal agreements.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in transactional law.
• Strong proficiency in contract drafting and negotiation.
• Ability to analyze complex legal documents and identify key risks.
