Legal AI Implementation Strategist

Overview

This role is designed for legal and compliance professionals who want to influence how AI is deployed within enterprises. The organization offers an enterprise-grade AI platform tailored specifically for legal and compliance teams, aiming to transform how global enterprises handle compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI implementation projects from onboarding through full rollout
• Collaborate with enterprise legal and compliance teams to analyze workflows and identify opportunities for AI automation
• Translate complex legal documents into structured logic for AI processing
• Support legal, compliance, and marketing users in understanding and effectively using the platform
• Troubleshoot strategic and technical challenges and develop solutions
• Provide live customer insights to Product and Engineering teams to influence the product roadmap
• Develop repeatable playbooks to support scaling the platform globally

Requirements

• Experience practicing law or working within a legal or compliance function at a professional level, preferably in commercial, compliance, or regulatory contexts
• Deep understanding of how legal teams operate under pressure
• Ability to engage confidently with senior legal and compliance stakeholders
• Problem-solving mindset focused on improving systems
• Comfortable working in ambiguous environments and building new processes
• Interest in AI, including experimenting with AI tools and exploring their application to legal work

• Customer-facing experience with implementation projects
• Strong communication skills to translate complex legal concepts into actionable AI logic
