Legal Analyst | $25/hr Remote

Overview

This position is for a Legal Specialist working as a Contractor (Part-Time). The role is remote with a weekly commitment of 10–40 hrs/week. Compensation is $15–$25/hour.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and analyze complex legal scenarios across multiple practice areas.
• Review contracts, regulatory filings, and legal documentation for compliance and accuracy.
• Interpret laws, regulations, and policies to support structured legal evaluations.
• Prepare concise written summaries and legal reasoning for case-based scenarios.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve legal workflows and documentation standards.
• Identify inconsistencies, legal risks, and compliance gaps within legal materials.
