Litigation Staff Attorney- Hybrid/Remote

Overview

An established civil litigation firm with 31 years of experience and 22 offices across 12 states is seeking experienced attorneys to join their Litigation Team as Staff Attorneys. This role offers negotiable billable hour requirements, flexible scheduling, and options for remote or hybrid work arrangements. Candidates must have prior civil litigation experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle meaningful litigation work within a flexible practice structure
• Manage multiple tasks efficiently and independently with minimal supervision
• Communicate effectively with diverse clients, colleagues, and staff
• Utilize Microsoft Office and learn database management systems
• Embrace innovative approaches, including the use of AI, to enhance legal work

Requirements

• Prior experience in civil litigation (attorneys without this experience will not be considered)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
• Initiative and ability to work independently

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual salary range: $90,000 to $150,000, based on experience and billable hour expectations
