A national law firm is seeking experienced attorneys to join its expanding practice. The firm operates as a distributed law firm leveraging technology to provide flexible and efficient legal services across various practice areas including Corporate, Fintech, Intellectual Property, Real Estate, and Litigation. The firm primarily supports early-stage, venture-backed companies and emphasizes a tech-forward, innovative approach.

How the Firm Operates

Attorneys are compensated based on a percentage of fees collected from their clients rather than a traditional salary. This model allows attorneys to retain a larger share of the value they generate through client origination and matter responsibility.

Who We're Seeking

The firm welcomes applications from attorneys with diverse backgrounds and experience levels:

• Association as Counsel: Attorneys from senior in-house roles without a demonstrable book of business may be considered. However, applicants must identify at least one anchor client and present a clear business development plan.
• Partnership: Candidates for lateral partnership should demonstrate a significant transferable book of originations. Those with smaller books are encouraged to apply for counsel positions.

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 7 years of experience at an AmLaw 100 law firm or in-house with a reputable company.
• Graduation from a top-tier law school or demonstrated excellent and sustained reputation in the industry.
• Eligibility to work in the United States, with verification required upon hire.
