Overview

A legal services organization is seeking a Technology and Hardware Transactions Attorney for a remote, full-time contract engagement with a global public company client. This role requires at least 5 years of experience drafting and negotiating hardware and technology development and sourcing transactions.

Responsibilities

  • Draft and negotiate hardware and technology development and sourcing transactions
  • Prepare and review services agreements and statements of work
  • Conduct contract review and analysis
  • Advise business teams on day-to-day operational legal matters

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in technology and hardware transactions
  • Experience working in the corporate practice group of a large or sophisticated boutique law firm, or in the corporate legal department of a major corporation is preferred
  • Active law license in good standing in the state of residence
  • Outstanding professional references

Compensation & Benefits

  • Annualized salary range: $170,000 to $200,000
  • Compensation is influenced by factors including experience, qualifications, credentials, location, market supply and demand, and candidate preference
  • Contract professionals are typically W2 employees eligible for full benefits when working 20+ hours per week
