Overview

This role involves serving as the first point of contact for individuals seeking legal assistance in personal injury law. You will gather case details, coordinate consultations, and help ensure a compassionate, professional client experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first contact for leads through phone or email, providing a friendly and helpful experience.
• Collect important information to understand client needs and assess how the firm can help.
• Listen empathetically to individuals and guide them to appropriate resources within or outside the firm.
• Complete legal forms and manage records of customer interactions.
• Schedule and coordinate consultations with legal experts.
• Follow up with clients to ensure their needs are met or provide additional support.
• Handle administrative tasks, including booking appointments, managing schedules, and organizing paperwork.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3+ years of experience in customer service, appointment setting, or interpretation roles at contact centers.
• Proficiency in managing calendars and information flow with accuracy and efficiency.
• Bilingual in English (C1 or higher) and Spanish or Portuguese (both spoken and written).
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
• Permanently resides in Latin America.
• Owns a reliable laptop (Windows or Mac, 2017 or newer) with a stable internet connection.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a legal background.
