An international full-service law firm is seeking experienced senior lawyers to join its collaborative and flexible practice. The firm operates across more than 25 jurisdictions with over 360 partners, providing comprehensive legal advice with a modern, values-driven approach.
Responsibilities
- Run and grow your own legal practice within a supportive international firm infrastructure
- Manage your practice autonomously, including decisions on where, when, and how you work
- Collaborate across borders with a strong referral culture
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Contribute to a supportive and collaborative international legal community
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years post-qualification experience as a recognized expert in your legal field
- Active bar license in any U.S. state with no restrictions
- Willingness to operate on a self-employed basis
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ambition to grow your practice individually or by building a team
- Established or developing client following
- Commitment to collaboration and sharing opportunities with colleagues
Recruitment Process
- Introductory video call with a Talent Acquisition team member
- First meeting with senior management in the relevant jurisdiction
- Second meeting with another management team member or colleague from a relevant location or practice area
- Background checks
- Onboarding and training on firm systems, including introductions to marketing, accounts, and technology support teams
Meetings may be virtual or in person depending on candidate location and availability.
