Attorney - Partner (Remote-first)

Overview

This role is for senior lawyers interested in practicing law in a collaborative, modern, and internationally connected environment. The organization supports independent practice growth through firm infrastructure, including practice management, support with accounts and marketing, and office facilities across its international network.

Responsibilities

• Run and grow your own practice within a supportive international organization
• Operate in a modern, flexible way, with autonomy over where, when, and how you work
• Participate in a strong referral culture and cross-border collaboration
• Build a sustainable client base and develop long-term client relationships
• Contribute to a collaborative international practice community

Requirements

• Active bar license (any state) with no restrictions
• Willingness to operate on a self-employed basis
• Typically a minimum of 8 years’ post-qualification experience
• Recognized expertise in your field (established through professional experience)
• An entrepreneurial mindset with ambition and a growth-focused approach to running and developing your practice
• A client-centric approach, with an established or developing client following
• A collaborative working style and willingness to share opportunities and work alongside like-minded colleagues

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience as a sole practitioner or leading an existing team
• Background in leading BigLaw, national and international firms, senior in-house roles, or established boutique/independent practices

Recruitment Process

• Introductory video call with a member of the Talent Acquisition team
• First meeting with a member of the senior management team in the relevant jurisdiction
• Second meeting with another member of the management team or with a colleague from a relevant location or practice area
• Background checks
• Onboarding and training on systems, including introductions to support teams (including marketing, accounts, and technology)

Meetings may be held virtually or in person, depending on candidate location and availability.
