This role supports a nationally scaling, fully integrated personal injury practice. The position focuses on reviewing and handling “exception” intake cases—calls where the intake form does not provide enough information to determine whether the firm should sign the matter.
You will work closely with a managing attorney in your state to refine intake criteria over time, help prospective clients and families through difficult circumstances, and provide clear recommendations on whether to sign, refer, or decline.
Fully remote. This is a full-time employee position and is not open to independent contractor or consulting arrangements. Compensation is determined by the location where the work is performed and is subject to applicable local law.
The employer is an equal opportunity employer. Employment selection and related decisions are made without regard to age, race, color, national origin, religion, sex, disability, sexual orientation, gender identification, or being a qualified disabled veteran or qualified veteran of the Vietnam era or any other category protected by Federal or State law.
Each affiliated entity may use artificial intelligence (AI) and automated decision-making tools to assist in screening and evaluating candidates, including whether to advance a candidate in the application process. These tools assess job-related qualifications and characteristics—such as work experience, education, and skills relevant to the position—based on information provided in application materials. All adverse decisions affecting candidacy are reviewed by a human member of Talent Acquisition before being finalized; AI does not make the final decision.
