Overview

This role involves contributing federal court legal expertise to the development and evaluation of AI systems focused on legal analysis and case interpretation. The position requires translating federal litigation and constitutional reasoning into structured tasks that support AI training.

Responsibilities

• Apply expertise in federal court litigation to AI projects
• Evaluate AI-generated legal analyses for accuracy and rigor
• Review and interpret Supreme Court opinions and federal case law
• Translate complex legal reasoning into structured tasks for AI training
• Clearly communicate legal reasoning, precedent, and analytical tradeoffs

Requirements

• 5 to 8+ years of legal practice focused on federal courts
• Deep familiarity with Supreme Court opinions and federal law
• Strong legal research and analytical skills
• Clear written communication abilities
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree required
• Federal clerkship or federal litigation experience is a plus
