Overview
A legal services organization is seeking entrepreneurial attorneys to join as partner-owners to expand its presence across the United States. This role is not a traditional legal position but an opportunity to build and lead a business within an established platform, developing client relationships and managing a profit and loss statement.
Responsibilities
- Launch and lead an operating company within the legal services platform
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with law firms and in-house legal departments
- Drive business growth through proactive outreach, referrals, and market leadership
- Match highly qualified attorneys with sophisticated clients
- Represent the organization’s brand locally and nationally
Requirements
- Experience as a senior attorney in a law firm or corporate legal department
- Strong network of legal decision-makers
- Demonstrated business development skills and persistence
- High level of drive, ownership mentality, and dedication
- Commitment to building and growing a business over time
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to listen carefully and ensure precise talent matching for clients
- Responsiveness and ownership of client experience, including availability outside standard hours when necessary
- Strong legal network, especially among decision-makers at law firms and legal departments
Compensation & Benefits
- Total compensation range: $200,000 to $1,000,000+ annually, including base salary, bonuses, incentives, profit distributions, and equity tied to market performance
- First-year base salary: $150,000 to $200,000 depending on equity structure (salary decreases over time as profit distributions increase)
- Performance-based bonuses and incentives designed as a bridge to profit distributions and long-term equity
- Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, long-term disability, and 401(k)
Location
- United States (national role with responsibility for expanding footprint across the U.S.)

- This is a full-time role requiring professional focus; practicing law or managing other work commitments concurrently is not compatible with the expectations of this position.
