Overview

This role is for multiple Litigation Attorneys at the Managing and Senior levels with a collections-focused law firm. Collections litigation experience is a major plus.

Salary: $90,000–$150,000/Yr

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload from beginning to end
• Handle litigation matters, including motion practice
• Conduct and manage discovery
• Support trial experience as part of case proceedings
• Perform document review and document execution
• Communicate with clients and meet client processing requirements

Requirements

• Collections litigation experience required
• Licensed to practice in the state of Pensylvania

Preferred Qualifications

• Collections litigation experience (major plus)
