- Translate legal guidance into repeatable processes and clear instructions for business teams.
- Build reusable AI workflows for repeatable contract and compliance reviews as public sector contract volume increases.

- Demonstrated ability to build or materially improve contracts processes, templates, or tracking systems, including managing obligations and deadlines across multiple contracts.
- Production AI fluency: comfort using AI to analyze solicitations, draft compliance matrices, and manage obligations, with the judgment to validate output on regulatory detail.
- Clear communication and strong cross-functional judgment, with a hands-on, service-oriented approach that surfaces risks with practical recommendations.
