Overview
This role involves engaging experienced Bankruptcy Attorneys on a contractor basis to support an AI training project. The work uses bankruptcy law expertise to review legal content, evaluate AI-generated responses, and create high-quality legal examples. No prior AI experience is required.
Responsibilities
- Review and annotate bankruptcy-related legal documents.
- Draft sample motions, pleadings, and court filings.
- Analyze hypothetical bankruptcy scenarios and provide clear legal reasoning.
- Evaluate AI-generated legal responses for accuracy and clarity.
- Create legal training content and datasets.
- Identify relevant developments and nuances in U.S. bankruptcy law.
Requirements
- Bankruptcy law expertise.
- Legal document analysis.
- Legal drafting.
- Experience with motions, pleadings, and filings.
- Written communication.

Preferred Qualifications
- JD from an accredited U.S. law school.
- Active U.S. bar license.
- 3+ years of recent bankruptcy law experience.
- Hands-on experience with bankruptcy filings, court appearances, and advisory work.
- Judicial clerkship, legal teaching, or law review experience.
