Overview
This role is for senior lawyers who want to practice law differently within a collaborative international firm environment. The organization supports partners and independent practitioners with practice management, accounts support, marketing support, and office facilities across its international network.
Responsibilities
- Run and grow your own practice within a supportive international firm framework
- Work in a modern, flexible way, with autonomy over where, when and how you work
- Participate in a referral culture and cross-border collaboration
- Build and develop a client base and long-term client relationships
Requirements
- Active bar license (any state) with no restrictions
- Willingness to operate on a self-employed basis
Qualifications
- Typically a minimum of 8 years’ post-qualification experience
- Recognized expertise in your field
Preferred Qualifications
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ambition to run your own practice
- Experience as a sole practitioner or leading an existing team
- Established or developing client following
- Strong collaborative working style and interest in sharing opportunities within an international community
Recruitment Process
- Introductory video call with a member of the Talent Acquisition team
- First meeting* with a member of the senior management team in the relevant jurisdiction
- Second meeting* with another member of the management team or with a colleague from a relevant location or practice area
- Background checks are conducted
- Onboarding & training on systems and introductions to support teams (including marketing, accounts and technology)
